Yves Saint Laurent L'Homme EDP

Hello, my experience hasn't been the best. My products arrived broken due to the glass in the bottles and the liquid throughout the packaging. And to add to the bad experience, as of today, 5/21/25, I still haven't received a satisfactory response. Now I don't have the perfumes I needed, and I don't have my money back either. I paid for insurance, which didn't resolve my issue. With other companies, without having paid any insurance, they would have sent me a replacement and the money back. That's why my experience is less than one star. Sad because this is the first time I've ordered their products.
