Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes customers need to change or cancel an order. Because fragrance products are processed quickly and may involve custom fulfillment, please read this policy carefully.
1. Cancellation Requests Before Fulfillment
Orders may be canceled only if fulfillment has not yet begun.
If you would like to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at info@muskfragrances.com and include:
- your full name,
- your order number,
- your cancellation request.
Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee that the order can be canceled.
2. Orders Already in Fulfillment
Once an order has entered processing, picking, packing, filling, labeling, verification, or fulfillment, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation.
We reserve the right to deny cancellation requests for orders that are already being prepared.
3. Orders Already Shipped
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
If an item is eligible for return after shipment, it will be governed by our **Returns & Refund Policy**, not this Cancellation Policy.
4. Fragrance Samples, Decants, and Opened Products
Due to the nature of fragrance products, many items are final sale and are not eligible for cancellation after fulfillment has begun, and are not eligible for return after shipment.
This includes, without limitation:
- fragrance samples,
- decants,
- testers,
- discovery sets,
- gift sets containing decants,
- opened fragrance products,
- final sale items.
5. Refused or Undeliverable Packages
If a customer refuses delivery or a package is returned to us due to:
- refusal,
- failed delivery attempts,
- incorrect address,
- incomplete address,
- non-collection,
we may treat the order as a return subject to our posted policies.
Any refund issued for refused or returned packages may be reduced by:
- original shipping charges,
- return shipping charges,
- handling costs,
- restocking or processing fees where applicable.
6. Fraud Prevention and Order Holds
We reserve the right to hold, review, delay, or cancel any order for fraud prevention, verification, compliance, shipping restrictions, or security reasons.
If we request additional verification and do not receive a satisfactory response within a reasonable time, we may cancel the order and issue a refund.
